smoking slippers aren’t new to the fantastic POSH Pocket line of shoes. but until this tuquoiuse one came out, nothing’s ever caught my eye. but the style doesn’t work with my feet. or it didn’t, the first time i tried it.
the other day i went back to The Ramp (Glorietta), scrutinized it a bit more and i changed my mind. i could work with this! and then i had no size. HUWAT??! Nadine said she just delivered stocks! ugh boohoo.
i have a (bad) habit of texting Nadine (the owner/creative director of POSH) randomly at odd hours of the night and i sent her a message about the funny thing that happened at The Ramp. she knows i’ve been on the fence when it comes to the smoking slippers and she also found it hilarious that the minute i finally wanted it, i couldn’t get my hands on one haha! so Nadine, the nice person she is, sent me a pair in my size like IMMEDIATELY! she managed to get the shoes to me before the holidays!! and well, that’s not even the entire thing — that doesn’t even begin to describe Nadine’s awesomeness. but i’ll keep the rest of the story to myself ;)

i’ve always wanted one.
i absolutely cannot afford to overpack or underpack for the trip so i’m being a little extra OC in planning what to wear. the result: photo guides! i particularly love day two and day three looks haha ;p
and i refuse to sacrifice form for function!!! i believe that looking stylish and keeping warm are not necessarily mutually exclusive. but let’s see when i get back - if i survived the cold with my planned clothes. harhar! i get cold super easily so i might just end up eating my words and forgo looking good just to stay toasty. while these are the set i’m going for, i’m still packing a few extra stuff for layering.

damnit i really really really reaaaaaaaaally want Rose Rebel. quite possibly a bit more then i did Black Rebel. urk. but i promised myself no buying stuff until after the trip.
